1st Option: Display the form on the map

By displaying the form on the map, a new button will be added to your map that allows visitors to open the form inside a modal and submit new locations. To add the form to your map, follow these steps:

  1. Edit your map
  2. Open the widget “Submit locations settings”
  3. Click on the menu “Form settings”
  4. Select the option “Submit locations option => Yes”
  5. To automatically open the form, select the option “Yes” in the field “Automatically open the form”
  6. To change the text displayed in the button that opens the form, change the text in the field “Open Button title”

2nd Option: Display the form in a page using shortcode

The plugin provides the possibility to display the form anywhere in your website using shortcode. To display the form in a page, follow these steps:

  1. Edit your map
  2. Open the widget “Submit locations settings”
  3. Click on the menu “Shortcode”. You’ll find the shortcode to use to display your form.
  4. Copy and paste the form shortcode # in your page.
